Kemp Orthodontics All-Star Hockey Nights
This school year Dr. Kemp and his office team want to recognize our patients who work hard to follow Dr. Kemp’s instructions with their treatment. At your next regular treatment visit, you may be recognized by Dr. Kemp and his staff as a Model Patient and entered in a drawing. The winners of the drawings throughout the school year will win 4 tickets to a designated Nashville Predators regular season home hockey game! Once you enter, your name stays in the box until you are drawn or the regular season ends (only one prize per patient).
So get out there and brush your teeth, wear your headgear and elastics, and watch those smiles grow beautiful. Let’s make this hockey season the best ever.

Official Rules: Participants must be current patients of Kemp Orthodontics in either Phase I, Full Treatment, or Recall. The drawings will be held each Monday beginning September 27, 2010 and the last drawing to be held on Monday, April 4, 2011 for the tickets to be used the following week, e.g., A drawing on September 27 would be for games played the week beginning October 4th. The prize consists of 4 tickets to a designated Nashville Predators hockey game. Prize value is $76.00. Winner is responsible for any and all taxes associated with the prize. The office is not responsible for unused tickets, and no substitution of games will be arrange by the office. Any changes in ticket use are the responsibility of the winner. One entry per participant for the season. The entry forms remain in the hopper until they are drawn of the regular season ends.
